Robert Half Management Resources is the worldwide leader in specialized consulting and staffing services for senior-level accounting, finance, and business systems professionals.Our Ottawa area client is currently looking for an Interim Bilingual Financial Analyst.This is a 6-month engagement within the non-profit sector. Hybrid work model offered.The Bilingual Financial Analyst will be responsible for:-Perform month-end and year-end closings, deferred revenue reconciliations, monthly sub-ledger balancing, review and verification of all payments-Preparation of month-end journal entries, and maintaining the chart of accounts for projects.-Financial Monitoring of Projects-Monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports of project activities-Perform financial analysis, prepare donor financial reports-Review bank reconciliations and manage the cash balances for the projects-Prepare detailed project working papers and year-end reconciliation of project accounts and perform variance analysis of project implementation-Preparation of project budgets and forecasts with project teams-Provide training and support to team-Other duties as requiredThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:-A Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other field of study with a minimum 5-years experience in the non profit sector-CPA designation would be an asset-Bilingualism (Required)-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Strong technical skills in MS ExcelRobert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
