About the Opportunity
- Support monthly closing and analysis of variances to budget and forecast
- Prepare reports and presentations for use by the executives, CA, US and Japan, as required
- Prepare balance sheet for the annual budget, the mid-term plan and all rolling forecasts
- Assist the business with achieving budget/forecast timelines and review of items loaded into SAP (via
- EPM)
- Responsible for fixed asset closing on month ends, including comparison to CAPEX plan and reconciliation with WorthIt system
- Assist with new SAP S4 HANA implementation project (i.e. extract, analyze, and test data)
- Cross-train and serve as backup for Intermediate Accountants
- Assist with J-Sox walkthrough and testing as required
- Ad hoc projects as necessary
- CPA enrollment
- 2-4 years of strong experience in Accounting/Financial Analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vLookups, sumifs, macros-nice to have)
- Post-secondary degree in business/accounting
$65,000 - $70,000/year
