This role is predominantly project-focused, with responsibilities including leading and supporting two major ongoing finance projects related to PR-PO integration and A/P automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, project management skills, and an in-depth understanding of ERP systems, notably MS Dynamics 365.\xc2\xb7 Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 PR-PO Project (30% of role):\xc2\xb7 Led the integration and customization of the PR-PO process in our ERP system following a recent acquisition.\xc2\xb7 Develop and update training documents, roll out the new system across the organization, and conduct comprehensive training sessions.\xc2\xb7 To manage and adjust processes effectively, one must understand basic accounting principles, the A/P cycle, purchase orders, and approval hierarchies.\xc2\xb7 A/P Automation Project (70% of role):\xc2\xb7 Identify and engage with vendors to find and implement a suitable A/P automation solution.\xc2\xb7 Manage a budget of $ 40K-$80K for ERP vendor integration, including setup and annual maintenance.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the project manager to create a detailed project plan that includes key dates, expectations, and vendor proposals.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with vendors to establish implementation timelines and ensure seamless integration.\xc2\xb7 General Duties:\xc2\xb7 Engage in project management activities to ensure timely progress and alignment with strategic objectives.\xc2\xb7 Develop training programs and deliver educational sessions to various departments within the organization.\xc2\xb7 Facilitate a phased approach to project implementation, utilizing existing knowledge bases and resources.\xc2\xb7 Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in financial analysis or a related role with a strong focus on project management.\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and familiarity with other ERP systems.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, including budgeting and implementation.\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with various stakeholders and external vendors.\xc2\xb7 Desired Skills:\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Financial Analyst Hours & Wage\xc2\xb7 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM \xe2\x80\x93 Monday to Friday\xc2\xb7 $70,000 - 80,000/yearAbout Us:Specialized Recruiting Group works with job seekers to help them find the right job based on their skills and experience.
