Manage and sort Purchase Orders (PO) from the previous fiscal year
Verify the accuracy of outstanding PO balances by communicating with business units
Void any excess POs and update General Ledger accordingly
Ad hoc duties as assigned to assist with other year end duties
About You
Minimum 3 years accounting experience
Intermediate MS Excel skills
Experience with Oracle an asset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Hourly Rate $24 - $25/hour
