Position: Receptionist / Office Clerk
Location: Downtown Montreal (On-site)
Salary: Up to $55K
Job Type: 1-year contract
Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)Our prestigious client specializing in business solutions and information technology, located in Downtown Montreal is hiring a full-time Receptionist / Office Clerk for a 1-year contract, to join their team.Here is a chance to collaborate with visionary leaders in the field.Your main mission will be to ensure the smooth running of daily activities related to your work and to consistently provide impeccable customer service at all times.Benefits for you:- 2 weeks of vacation

Who we would love to meet:- Excellent spoken bilingualism to support businesses and clients within the USA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional and conscientious approach to customer service
- Punctuality, dynamism, initiative, attention to detail
- Minimum High School Diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in customer serviceResponsibilities:- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy and redirect them as necessary
- Welcome visitors and employees with kindness and enthusiasm
- Manage office supplies and keep inventory up to date, and ensure stock replenishment
- Validate GST/QST numbers and process them in the ATS
- Handle the shipment of packages and welcome bags
- Administer incoming and outgoing mail and fax emails
- Manage the report of incorrect addresses for the REQ and follow up with advisors
- Coordinate office equipment loans and returns with the assistance of the IT department and keep the ATS updated
- Manage office access cards
- Provide support to the president\'s office in preparing rooms for management committees, company meetings, etc.
- Place maintenance service calls for the office
- Coordinate office evacuations with floor managers
- Manage headset distribution for employees coming to the office, business card orders, and signage
- Post job ads in support of the team (as needed)
- Perform various related tasks
