About us Stack Capital is a TSX listed company (TSX: STCK) focused on investing in some of the most innovative and disruptive growth to late-stage private companies in North America. Stack had its IPO in June 2021 raising $110 million. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Finance Manager to take lead on the accounting and finance function of Stack including full cycle accounting, tax compliance, regulatory, cross-border work, and analysis. We are seeking an individual who can \xe2\x80\x9croll up their sleeves\xe2\x80\x9d and work with our small but growing team, with a solutions-oriented mindset, and positive attitude to take the lead operational accounting and finance role supporting the CFO. Our company is looking for a Finance Manager to assist with preparing business plans, creating financial projections and tracking company expenses. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for creating reports that illustrate performance against budget, identifying trends, and offering recommendations to improve business results. The ideal candidate will have experience with a host of computer programs and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage a sales force by organizing campaigns and setting sales goals.
• Manage, develop, and motivate a sales team.
• Manage the work of employees.
• Develop new marketing strategies to expand revenues.
• Manage and analyze financial statements.
• Direct the overall financial operations of the company.
• Set the company\'s sales goals.
• Conduct market research.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year Benefits:
