We are seeking a motivated subprime Finance Manager to join our reputable used car dealership team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the dealership\'s operations, including securing financing for customers, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will be completing the full sales processes including preparing and selling the vehicle to full credit applications. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the dealership\'s financing operations, including loan applications, contracts, and credit checks.
Work with lenders and financial institutions to secure financing for customers.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to all dealership customers.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the dealership\'s financing operations remain competitive and efficient.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through prospecting and follow-up with potential customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand the features and benefits of all vehicles in the dealership\'s inventory, and communicate that information to customers effectively.
Conduct test drives with customers, providing detailed information about the vehicle\'s performance, safety, and comfort features.
Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive financing, preferably in a dealership setting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial transactions.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to automotive financing.
Ability to lead a team and provide guidance and support as needed.
