About the Opportunity
FP&A Responsibility

• Preparation of Quarterly Budget to Actual Report in liaison with operation team
• Maintains project budget version tracker and project sensitivity analysis
• Create Project Budget Substantiation Document for each project to substantiate Lot Anchor Estimates.
• Assist and review monthly project status presentation for internal stakeholders
• Prepare Project Closeout Report to assist with project and trade evaluations.
• Assist in the preparation of construction proforma
• Develop and Prepare project closing forecast
• Prepare sales and d\xc3\xa9cor order cost analysis
• Prepare various cost analysis
• Ad hoc tasks as requested

Accounting Responsibility

• Year-end working paper preparation
• Monthly bank reconciliation and daily cash flow
• Reconcile trust statements from lawyers
• Complete closing procedures and update closing schedules
• Prepare statements of adjustment in liaison with lawyers
• Prepare and circulate monthly closing schedules
• Preparation and review of Month-end accounting close-out report
• HST filing and liaison with CRA

About You

• CPA designation
• Minimum 5 years of strong analysis and accounting experience
• Real estate industry experience
• Experience with FP&A and financial modeling
• Proficient in data tools like SQL and PowerBI

Salary
