As a Finance Manager, you will be taking on crucial responsibilities such as auditing, budgeting, and capital management, utilizing various software and systems.Responsibilities:
- Utilize accounting software systems to manage and oversee financial activities.
- Conduct regular auditing processes to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
- Manage and oversee budget processes to ensure optimal capital management.
- Use the CRM system to track and manage customer interactions and information.
- Apply knowledge of accounting functions to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Handle accounts payable operations efficiently.
- Utilize financial services software such as ADP for streamlined operations.
- Manage the use of Concur for travel and expense management.
- Leverage 3M system for effective business operations.
- Ensure the application of efficient accounting practices.
- Proficiency in using 3M
- Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Knowledge in using Concur
- Understanding of CRM
- Mastery in performing Accounting Functions
- Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
- Proven experience in Auditing
- Familiarity with Budget Processes
- Understanding of Capital Management
