Summary : We are looking for a seasoned Bilingual Finance Manager to join an exceptional team.
Working with the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting team to achieve the department\'s objectives and challenges. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving various issues that may arise within the company. Duties and responsibilities : - Managing communication with the head office in Hong Kong, which involves responding to numerous requests for information and ad hoc analyses.
- Responsibility for validating reports, monthly and annual financial statements, and management reports.
- Supervision of the activities of external and internal auditors, while building constructive relationships with them.
- Active leadership and participation in the annual budget process and periodic forecast reviews.
- Analysis, development and improvement of IT processes and tools.
- Evaluation of internal controls and implementation of risk management improvement processes.
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and monitor corporate performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare documentation for corporate tax returns and manage all tax issues.
- Maintain commercial insurance file and manage annual renewals. Salary:
120k - 130k
15% target depending on objectives Level of education/experience:

  • BAC minimum
  • CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation
  • Bilingual
Experience:
Significant manufacturing experience (minimum 5 years in manufacturing)
10 years total in finance, including 4-5 years in management Role:
  • Hybrid (2 days/week)
  • Office in Brossard, Qc (Montreal South Shore)
  • 35-hour schedule
  • 8 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. Monday to Thursday
  • Hurray, we finish at noon on Fridays
  • 1 week out of 2, meeting with Hong Kong at 8pm (Montreal time)
