Position Summary:

This is a role for an experienced Finance Professional with focus on Industrial Operations. The role supports the Quality Organization and Filling and Packaging Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Proper Budget, LRP and forecasts are prepared and at the same time is able to partner contributing for the goals to be achieved.

Thorough follow up of Variances vs. budget, forecast, and strategic plan.

Constantly follows up on cost related to implementation of CAPAs and the future cost changes to the organization as a result of these implementations.

Acting as a business partner ensures that areas supported have proper accountability and resources to deliver financial targets.

Costing - Masters allocation concepts to ensure that Quality costs are properly allocated to products, project and external stakeholders (other plants for which tests are performed and R&D).

Ensures that supported areas comply with Global Policies.

Approves and reviews POs for the supported organization to ensure that they are supported with budget funds.

Prepared analysis for D+3. D+6, of his or hers supported areas.

It is responsible to budget and forecast HC and provide detailed analysis of variations. He is able to both challenge and support business' partners HC requests.

Key Requirements:

University education in Business.

Financial Analysis supply chain or Operations experience 5 years minimum.

SAP working Knowledge.

Ability to work as business partner.
