Finance Assistant
to join our finance team in

. This role is essential in supporting daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and reports.
Process invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers with accuracy and timeliness.
Support monthly and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
Good communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
