We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Finance Assistant

to support our finance and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience with accounting software, and excellent customer service abilities. This role involves managing financial data, assisting with bookkeeping, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are highly valued.

Duties



Manage data entry and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking Support administrative functions such as filing, document proofreading, and maintaining organized records Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing customer support Perform general clerical duties such as typing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting office operations Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette and professional communication Assist with medical or dental office-related tasks if applicable, including appointment scheduling and patient record management

Experience



Prior office experience is preferred, especially in administrative or clerical roles Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is highly desirable Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong computer skills including data entry, proofreading, and document management Previous customer service experience is a plus, particularly in front desk or receptionist roles Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures (optional but advantageous) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.61-$34.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
