Job Description
North Collectors Co. is a small e-commerce business specializing in collectibles and custom framed products. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to help manage financial records through Quickbooks online. The role will also assist in managing product listings and inventory across sites like ebay and etsy. This role is essential in supporting the financial health of our organization and will involve working closely with the owner.
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain and update financial records using Quickbooks accounting software and Google online services.
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Managing product listings and inventory across sites like ebay and etsy.
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Generate financial reports as needed for management review.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
