Finance Assistant

Job Description

ConnectWell Community Health is seeking a full-time Finance Assistant. This position provides a comprehensive benefit package, which includes HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan).

Position Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to manage high-volume Accounts Payable processing as their primary focus. This role may also include, but will not be limited to, supporting functions such as vendor and staff relations, donations processing, charitable receipting. This is a key role in our collaborative finance team.

Qualifications:



Degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, or related field or a combination of related education and experience. Working experience in Accounts Payables, 3 years. Knowledge of basic accounting principles, vendor accounts reconciliations, and internal controls. Experience with Business Central an asset. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.

Reporting Relationship:

The successful candidate will report to our Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting.
