balance) SALARY: $52,121 to $61,252 (2021 rate) per year

As the File Quality Reviewer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a team of data enthusiasts, responsible for the timely review of
department files to ensure the requirements are met and the information is accurate. Responsibilities include but are not
limited to: \xef\x82\xa7

Quality control police occurrence files in order to ensure that they are complete, clear, and concise as well as adhere to policies/procedures. \xef\x82\xa7
Operate PRIME, CPIC, JUSTIN and related computer programs in your review of data. \xef\x82\xa7
Apply a variety of resources (i.e. Criminal Code of Canada; Provincial Statutes; Uniform Crime Reporting etc.) into your file review. \xef\x82\xa7
Maintain files, documents and other materials/resources as required. \xef\x82\xa7
Liaise with Police Officers to obtain and/or clarify investigative details. \xef\x82\xa7
Process audit results from governing organizations. \xef\x82\xa7
Conduct internal audit on files for accuracy and compliance. \xef\x82\xa7
Provide information and assistance to other staff and partnering organizations regarding departmental procedures and regulations.

  • The successful applicant must be able to work a 4 day work week of either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.
