Our client is looking for an experienced Field Support Analyst, the ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging their experience and interpersonal skills to move business requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT operations
• Communicate with stakeholders and escalate unresolved issues/risks, and provide recommendations
• Perform on-site and/or remote analysis, diagnose complex technology problems and implement corrective solutions
• Partner with internal departments and vendors to support SCADA/ICS Environment
• Provide IT training to end users and administer MS 365, including SharePoint, and Teams
• Create documentation on technical processes
• Travel to field sites and support critical services through 24-7 on call rotation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, or IT related discipline
• Minimum of five years of experience in IT systems, support, deployment, etc.
• Strong understanding of MS 365 including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
• Must have experience with networking concepts, protocols and services including routing, switching, TCP/IP, MPLS, VLAN etc.
• Previous experience supporting field operations including SCADA/ICS, radio and wireless communications would be an asset
• Exceptional ability to communicate with individuals in technical and non-technical terms
• Effective written communication skills; proven experience documenting business requirements, test cases and creating end-user training and reference materials
• Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
• Able to travel to field sites
