The Opportunity



We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented

Project Manager

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead the full lifecycle of residential gutter projects--from pre-planning to final client walkthroughs. You'll be the key point of contact for both customers and crews, ensuring every job is delivered on time, within scope, and with top-tier quality.

What You'll Be Doing



Plan & Prepare



Review estimates, site photos, and project details before launch Confirm materials, equipment, and subcontractor readiness Coordinate scheduling with clients and internal teams

Lead On-Site Execution



Arrive ahead of crews to assess and prep job sites Conduct on-site walkthroughs with clients to clarify expectations Monitor daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality Problem-solve quickly and keep communication flowing

Manage & Document



Use project management software to track status, photos, and notes Handle change orders and ensure approvals are in place Communicate updates and resolve any unexpected issues

Wrap Up with Excellence



Perform final inspections with homeowners Collect outstanding payments and address follow-up items Encourage client reviews and testimonials

What You Bring



2+ years of experience in project management (construction, roofing, gutters, landscaping, or similar industries preferred) Exceptional communication and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities with confidence Tech-savvy--comfortable using project management tools and Microsoft Office Valid G-class driver's license and access to reliable transportation A hands-on, solution-oriented attitude and professional appearance

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
