About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Project Manager to join our team at Gutter Guys Plus. This role is the crucial bridge between our clients, office, and field crews. As a Field Project Manager, you will spend most of your time on the go, ensuring smooth operations and top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients, office staff, and field crews. Oversee and ensure the quality of work performed by the crews. Solve problems as they arise, maintaining a calm and effective approach. Provide on-site support, including bringing supplies and ensuring crew well-being. Hold team members accountable for punctuality, quality, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

High stress tolerance and a strong work ethic. Availability to work 60-70 hours per week during the season (March to December). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in project management or a related field is an asset.
