Field & Company Support Assistant

.

This role is hands-on and varied, making it ideal for someone early in their career who wants real-world experience, exposure to different parts of a business, and the opportunity to grow into more responsibility over time.

You'll work closely with the Owner and Management Team and play a key support role across field work, events, light marketing, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Field & Community Support

Distribute marketing materials door-to-door in targeted neighbourhoods Coordinate ladder drops and local marketing material placements Assist with placement, collection, and organization of promotional signage

Social Media & Brand Support

Assist with managing and posting content to Encore's Instagram account Capture photos and short videos of ongoing and completed projects

Trade Shows & Events

Assist with trade show booth setup and teardown Support select trade shows by helping staff the booth and distribute materials

Administrative Support

Scan, organize, and track receipts Provide light administrative support as needed

Customer Outreach & Phone Support

Answer after-hours calls from potential customers and leads Availability required weekdays from

5:00 pm-8:00 pm

and

weekends as available

Qualifications

Post-secondary education preferred but not required Valid driver's licence and clean driver's abstract required Access to a vehicle preferred (company vehicle may be provided when needed) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with light physical tasks (walking, carrying signage, ladder transport) Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
