Job description:
Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire a Field claim specialist-Auto to join our team! Reporting to the Manager, field team you will be responsible for investigating complex auto files and work with our customers to settle their claims.

Accountabilities:
Estimate physical damage of vehicle or total loss.

Negotiate with collision repair shops and customers regarding the repair process of the vehicle.

Determine whether the vehicle is a total loss based on the number of repairs, salvage value & loss of use.

Settle total losses with customers.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 to 3 years Auto Damage appraising experience.
Technical Diploma or equivalent training in auto body repair (bodywork, mechanical painting)
Have a valid driver license and be available to obtain I-CAR designation.
Experience in estimating vehicles using ADP or Mitchell would be an asset.

Knowledge of MS Office.
