Reporting to the Manager, field team you will be responsible for investigating complex auto files and work with our customers to settle their claims. Estimate physical damage of vehicles or total loss;Negotiate with collision repair shops and customers regarding the repair process of the vehicleDetermine whether the vehicle is a total loss based on the amount of repairs, salvage value & loss of useSettle total losses with customersWork independently to organize daily work routineProvide customers with superior service in a professional mannerQualifications:
Insurance high school would be an asset;Technical Diploma or equivalent training in auto body repair ( bodywork, mechanical painting)Hold or in the process of obtaining a valid GAA permit in automobile estimation. (Required)Hold the Licence of the Bureau de services financiers an asset;Be available and open to study to obtain the Claims adjuster license delivered by Autorite des Marches financiersExperience in estimating vehicles using ADP or Mitchell would be an assetExcellent negotiation and customer service skillsHave a valid driver license;Bilingual : French- EnglishBe available to obtain I-CAR designation;Knowledge of MS Office;Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
