We are a fast-growing staffing agency dedicated to connecting top talent with leading employers. We are seeking a motivated

Office Administrator with Business Development responsibilities

to support daily operations, manage client relations, and help grow our business.

Position Overview



This role combines office administration with business development. You will manage front-office duties, assist with recruitment tasks, and actively support the expansion of our client base through outreach, relationship building, and occasional on-site client visits.

Job Requirement:



Valid License ( G or G2)

Must be fluent in English( Spanish and Portuguese is an asset)

Must have negotiation skills.

Must have computer skills.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, scheduling, filing, and email/phone communications Support recruitment tasks: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews Meet with clients, deliver onboarding documents, and conduct site visits as needed Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships Help identify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow-ups Prepare reports, maintain databases, and track client/candidate activity Represent the agency professionally at meetings and community/business events

Requirements



Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (mandatory)

Previous experience in office administration, staffing, HR, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively Confidence in meeting with clients and conducting business development activities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Professional, organized, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
