We're looking for experienced, motivated, and knowledgeable
fastpitch softball coaches
to join our training staff. If you've played or coached at a high level and are passionate about developing athletes, we'd love to hear from you.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who meet at least one of the following:
Played at a competitive fastpitch level, such as:
NCAA Division I / Division II Softball
Junior College (JUCO) or NAIA
Provincial or national-level fastpitch programs
High-level competitive travel or club teams
Or have coached elite-level softball athletes, including:
Rep or travel fastpitch teams (U12-U19)
College, university, or high-performance fastpitch programs
Elite development academies or training centers
Other Key Qualifications
Strong knowledge of fastpitch fundamentals, mechanics, and athlete development
Comfortable coaching players aged
10-18
Positive, motivating, and athlete-centered communication style
Professional, punctual, and reliable
Ability to lead private lessons, clinics, and group training sessions
Familiarity with fastpitch-specific skills (pitching, slap hitting, catching, defensive footwork, etc.)
Able to operate and manage training equipment (pitching machines, nets, screens, radar, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver age-appropriate instruction in hitting, pitching, fielding, catching, baserunning, and softball-specific techniques
Lead or assist group training sessions, weekly programs, clinics, and private lessons
Provide real-time feedback, detailed instruction, and technique correction
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment
Support staff and contribute to well-structured, effective training sessions
Communicate professionally with parents and athletes
