Job Summary

We are currently seeking a compassionate, experienced, and Farsi-speaking

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence in behavior analysis and a strong ability to support children with behavioral challenges, particularly in culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

This role involves conducting assessments, designing individualized ABA programs, and closely collaborating with families, caregivers, and professionals to implement effective and culturally sensitive interventions.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA-based treatment plans Deliver direct ABA therapy services to children, ensuring a culturally responsive approach Work closely with families, educators, and support staff to ensure consistency across home, school, and therapy environments Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate client progress and make program modifications as needed Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of services and treatment outcomes Participate in team meetings and case reviews; provide training and support to therapy staff and caregivers

Qualifications & Skills

BCBA certification in good standing Fluency in

Farsi

(spoken and written) Proven experience working with children with developmental and behavioral needs Strong foundation in ABA principles and ethical practices Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on family-centered care Ability to collect, interpret, and act on clinical data effectively Knowledge of culturally competent service delivery in diverse communities

Schedule

Flexible weekday availability (Monday to Friday) Occasional weekend sessions, as needed
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $90.00-$94.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
