About us

LeBras Farms, is a century old family run farm that is located in North East Saskatchewan (Arborfield). We run a mixed farm made up of grain, oilseeds and pedigree alfalfa seed. Our farm has leaf cutting bees that are used to pollinate our alfalfa fields (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsUNxvXofgo).

Our work environment includes:

High paced during April- November 16,000^ft of heated shops to work on modern equipment 26,000^ft of cold storage space for equipment A modern, convenient bin yard that makes grain handling safe
Our organization is looking for experienced Equipment Operator to work in a team-oriented environment. The Equipment Operator is responsible for moving grain and machinery in a safe and effective manner to complete any number of tasks. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in agriculture machinery operation, including the use of semi trucks, combines, sprayers, tractors and their implements. Candidates should have at least 2 years' experience operating agricultural machinery, as well as a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

Plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops according to instructions Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment Perform general farm maintenance tasks; servicing equipment, hauling gravel Attention to detail for following instructions and maintaining accuracy

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
