Part-Time Opportunities Available!Locations: Quesnel, BCWage: $29.17 per hour to start, as per the collective agreementHours: 21 31.5 hours per weekAxis Family Resources Ltd. is hiring Part-Time Family Support Workers to support Persons Served and their families in Quesnel, BC. Building and maintaining healthy relationships with our Persons Served through a trauma-informed practice is the core of our work. In this role, you will provide short-term, outcome-fouced assistance to families experiencing significant challenges with the parent-child or parent-adolescent relationship.   • A bachelors degree in human/social/chid and youth care services is required
  • Minimum 1 year recent related work experience and demonstrated support skills working with families in crisis; a combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of and the ability to work with complex trauma, FASD, ODD or other neurobiological conditions is beneficial
  • Reliable transportation and a valid BC driver's licence
  • Knowledge of and the ability to work with Autism is a requirement
  • Clear Criminal Record Check (agency conducted, expenses covered)
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Effective written and verbal communication
