Universal Truck and Trailer is Atlantic Canada\'s largest heavy-duty truck and trailer dealership featuring the most up-to-date dealer service bays in Southern New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. We are an authorized sales, service, parts and warranty dealership for premium products Freightliner and Western Star Trucks. In addition, we service most makes and models for class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles, including luxury class RV\'s. We focus on exceeding customer requirements through continuously developing our team and building technical capabilities.We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Property Maintenance Worker for our Dieppe location. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and "Can Do" attitudes.Responsibilities:

• Carrying out various maintenance duties including light carpentry, installing signs, and the maintenance of various departments.
• Carrying out various landscaping duties including lawn mowing and parking lot cleanliness.
• Maintain friendly and positive attitude with employees and customers
• Ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are maintained.
• Operate forklift
• Maintain company vehicles

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects.
• Experience in a general laborer or maintenance role.
• Motivated to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Committed to top performance in a safe work environment.
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
