Facility Customer Service Coordinator

:The Facility Coordinator works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This position contributes to the growth of our business through supporting current and potential customers, handling inquiries and determining their product needs.The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Facility #8703, located at: 130 Van Kirk Dr., Brampton, Ontario L7A 1B1Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries via telephone and email by providing accurate information regarding products and product applications
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Intake, process, and verify customer orders to ensure they are completed and documented accurately
  • Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
  • Act as liaison between customer, sales representatives, and store staff
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Assist with moving and loading product
  • Operate batch tinting equipment, as needed
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion
  • Must have at least one (1) year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have an associate degree or higher in Business, Sales, or Marketing
  • Have at least one (1) year of experience working as a Facility Coordinator
  • Have at least three (3) years of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (for example: forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacu-hoists, drum dollys, conveyor belts, etc.)
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
  • Have prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment
