Assure all interested individuals (prospective new tenants) are responded to promptly and given tours and information packages.
Be involved in the selection of appropriate person(s) to fill any vacant apartments.
Maintain a current waiting list of all prospective tenants.
Assist in occupancy-related advertising as required.
Assure a smooth move-in of all new tenants.
Be available to listen to tenant concerns and reply promptly to all concerns after consultation with appropriate management personnel.
Be aware of changes in residents health and ensure these changing needs are being addressed by the family and other community services- maintain written records of this process, including observations, reports, discussions, etc.
Maintain communication links with tenants and their families
Be aware of community resources for tenant inquiries related to these services
Suggest appropriate acts of goodwill for special occasions
Be mindful of potential risks in the operation of the facility and take prompt action to eliminate or reduce all risks
Inform Management of the physical needs of the facility and grounds (Painting, Repairs, Housecleaning, etc.)
Regularly inspect all areas of the facility to ensure standards are maintained, and the security of the building in not compromised. Reporting any findings back to Management.
Maintain appropriate and up-to-date files for all tenants and keep these files secure and confidential.
Provide a vacancy report monthly to the Chief Operating Officer of Housing
Be available for after- hour emergencies that may arise.
