DescriptionSr. Facilities ManagerMississauga, ONCandidates must drive - the facility is NOT bus accessible. There will be a facility van to use at the club, so will need a G license and clear abstract.Salary: up to $90,000 yearly (based on experience)
Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday, 24 hour on call positionKey Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the overall operational efficiency of the club on a daily basis.
• Conducting basic maintenance and repairs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment etc.
• Overseeing special projects.
• oversee 8 staff members (maintenance assistants and club house cleaning staff)
• Working with upper management on the department\'s budgeting, scheduling and training needs.
• Decision making
• Involved in multiple capital/specialist projects that will require quick thinking and plan for action.

Requirements:

• 5+ years\' experience in a Building Facilities Management position - hospitality industry is ideal Hotel, golf clubs, large size heritage properties or establishments).
• Client will also consider facilities managers from condominium or Building Superintendents.
• Intermediate HVAC knowledge, plumbing and electrical knowledge to assess the work is required.
• certificate in HVAC, plumbing and electrical would be a big asset.
• Professional, presentable and excellent communication as can at times be interacting with guests.
• There is a company van to staff that would be available - or utility van.
• Clear background check, G license and clean drivers abstract
