Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team at Prairie Stone Market LTD. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our expanding market presence.
Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose effective solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and product availability.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or a similar role within the wholesale industry.
Architectural and Design or Fabricator sales background.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze market data and identify trends for business development.
Ability to follow policies and procedures.
