Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Build and preserve a positive, professional relationship with your assigned dealers. \xc2\xb7 Be a subject-matter expert on internal processes and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Provide exceptional customer service by phone, e-mail, and in-person. \xc2\xb7 Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. \xc2\xb7 Resolve customer issues efficiently through superior communication. \xc2\xb7 Facilitate the onboarding process for new dealers. \xc2\xb7 Process incoming quote requests and orders received by phone and e-mail in an effective and expeditious manner.
