SummaryThe Rental Account Manager will have responsibility for both inside and outside sales. This role will grow with a career path toward Customer Development Manager and/or Business Development Manager roles in our Lease division.Essential Functions
  • Develop brand new business opportunities
  • Build & grow relationships with our existing clientele
  • Development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to identify and nurture new sales opportunities and increase rental revenues.
  • Interaction with existing or prospective customer to identify and customize solutions and present proposals to resolve transportation problems/meet transportation needs.
  • Provision of ongoing support to existing accounts and to dealer network to ensure customers retention, generate additional or replacement.
  • Attainment of sales goals at or above quota.
  • Create an environment in which people want to do their best.
  • Act as a leader in the development and guidance of employees to meet revenue and margin goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred business or related field.
  • Three (3) years or more of demonstrated success in a sales role required.

  • Interaction avec les clients existants ou potentiels pour identifier et personnaliser des solutions et pr\xc3\xa9senter des propositions pour r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes et r\xc3\xa9pondre aux besoins du transport
  • Soutien continu aux comptes existants et au r\xc3\xa9seau de concessionnaires pour assurer la fid\xc3\xa9lisation des clients et g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer des clients suppl\xc3\xa9mentaires ou de remplacement
  • R\xc3\xa9alisation des objectifs de ventes \xc3\xa9gaux ou sup\xc3\xa9rieurs au quota
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er un environnement dans lequel les gens veulent faire de leur mieux
