Reporting to the Director of Sales, the the Territory Account Manager builds strong relationships with Latitude dealer customers in areas West of Toronto. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, eager to build product knowledge and will develop effective sales strategies to promote Latitude to new, potential and existing dealer customers. The Territory Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for dealers within the territory and ensures Latitude's service exceeds their expectations.
Territory includes areas such as, but not limited to: Mississauga, Kitchener/ Waterloo, London, Niagara Falls, Sarnia)
Additional compensation: Commission, 407 ETR and Car allowance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Quickly become an expert on Latitude's offerings and stay up to date on all relevant industry developments.
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer base within the territory.
Identify and qualify potential new dealer customers.
Actively develop and maintain strong relationships with new, potential and existing dealer customers.
Schedule regular visits with Latitude's customers in the territory.
Effectively communicate why Latitude is the fabricator of choice, by understanding dealer needs and providing product knowledge and information on Latitude's services, offerings and capabilities.
Be knowledgeable of Latitude's offered brands and colour portfolio.
Understand technical aspects of surface fabrication, including process limitations and capabilities, in order to answer dealer questions and offer recommendations.
Build effective working relationships with internal teams and liaise with them to solve problems and address issues and situations affecting the customer experience.
Conduct face-to-face meetings including presentations and demonstrations on product offerings.
Utilize marketing tools such as catalogs, brochures and vendor information to expand customer base and promote Latitude's customer experience.
Ensure dealer customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures and other supplies, such as display towers.
Work with internal team to train and onboard new dealer customers and ensure they understand Latitude's quotation and order processes.
Utilize CRM to enhance communication with dealer customers.
Keep a pulse on competition and determine how to position Latitude's offerings and campaigns in the market and the territory.
Work collaboratively with partners within the industry (e.g. suppliers, fabricators, designers etc.) to learn about industry innovation, best practices and new potential revenue opportunities.
Travel 60% by vehicle to Latitude's office and to dealer showrooms and stores.
Attend and participate in industry conferences and trade shows as required (typically within North America).
Requirements
Minimum three years of successful experience in a related role (i.e. sales coordination, account or territory management)
Must have excellent computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Proven ability to build credibility and garner trust
Proven ability to form positive professional relationships
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must be self-motivated to continuously learn
Must feel comfortable speaking in front of groups of people
Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passionate, driven, highly organized, enthusiastic, meticulous self-starter
Able to work independently and as a part of a team
Able and willing to travel by car to various locations within the territory, including Toronto (Latitude Office), Mississauga, Kitchener/ Waterloo, London, Niagara Falls, Sarnia etc.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
