This role is ideal for a high-energy, knowledgeable fitness professional who can inspire both coaches and members, uphold F45's world-class training experience standards, and help nurture and drive the continued growth, success, and welcoming environment of our amazing Ossington community.

Pay:
$50 - $70K per year
Hours:
Full-time (some evenings/weekends required) Please do not apply if you plan to have another job on the side. We are looking for someone who is excited to commit their attention exclusively to a proper full time position.

Qualifications
Must live within short/daily/easy commuting distance from F45 Ossington (829 College St, Toronto) ?3+ years of experience in fitness, wellness, or studio management (F45? preferred, but not a must)
Education in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Health & Fitness, or related field
Certified Personal Trainer with a proven track record of client success
Business acumen: comfortable with sales, data tracking, and goal setting
CPR and AED certified
Skilled in pain-free movement assessments and corrective exercise (preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal abilities and a passion for team development
Efficient and professional with daily emails, texts, phone calls
Organized, reliable, and proactive problem-solver.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Member Experience
Coach high-energy, engaging F45 Ossington classes while ensuring safety and proper form for all fitness levels
Respond to all emails, texts, and phone calls promptly/daily within reasonable business hours
Contacting No-Shows/Late Cancellations/Missed Payments etc
Responding to Membership pauses/cancellations/Inquiries/trials/promotions etc
Organizing studio Challenges, prizes, etc
Organizing studio/Member participation in Hyrox
Monthly Newsletters + meetings with Employers to decide Newsletter content
Sharing New Programming/Phase Updates with Members
Track member performance, check-ins, follow-ups, questions, questions, goals etc
Maintain an inclusive, motivating, and positive studio atmosphere
Ensure all pre-class prep, warmups, and member check-ins run smoothly
Celebrate member milestones, achievements, and birthdays
Plan and execute member challenges, community workouts, and social events
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the Ossington Coaching Team to ensure excellence in delivery and member engagement
Conduct ongoing coach training, workshops, team-building, and one-on-one feedback sessions
Educate coaches on proper technique, progressions, and regressions
Monitor floor energy, communication, and adherence to F45 standards
Set expectations for class energy, coaching quality, and consistency
Onboard, train, and integrate new coaching staff
Lead monthly coach meetings to review upcoming training phases, celebrate wins, and identify growth opportunities
Studio Operations & Management
Oversee daily class execution to ensure sessions run on time and at the highest standard
Manage staff schedules, sub requests, and shift swaps
Step in to coach or support as needed to ensure seamless studio operations
Communication with Employers & Landlord regarding HVAC/Air Conditioning etc
Managing communication with Towel Washing service providers (scheduling, pickups etc)
managing communication with 'Energy Exchange' cleaning staff
Maintain studio organization, inventory, and equipment safety
Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate repairs as needed
Ensure proper delivery of F45 programming and uphold coaching consistency
Support members with injuries or modifications
Oversee InBody Scan operations and reporting
Member Engagement & Business Growth
Drive member retention and growth through a strong community presence and exceptional service
Support Sales Manager's efforts including trial follow-ups, membership conversions, and presentations
Track and analyze KPIs such as class fill rates, member retention, and trial conversions
Collaborate on marketing campaigns, challenges, and local community initiatives
Serve as a positive ambassador of F45 Ossington both in-studio and in the community
Schedule & Expectations
Approximately 10-15 hours of coaching per week
Approximately 20-25 hours of administrative and leadership responsibilities per week
Must be available to be scheduled for most shifts, AM/PM/Weekends
Participate in weekly and monthly management and team meetings
Maintain consistent availability during peak studio hours
