POSITION

WWe are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and committed individual that share our same love of community and wellness combined with a willingness to take on a leadership role in providing our guests and students with an exceptional studio experience in the role of Assistant Manager.
The role requires a person who is detailed oriented with strong administrative, interpersonal and communications skills that ensure the studio operates and presents in a way that is efficient, calm and grounding for the team, students and guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Acknowledge and welcome guests and students as they arrive and depart.
Provide a welcoming and friendly orientation to new students (and teachers if needed).
Assist with any student or guest enquiries.
Regularly inspect the studio throughout to ensure it is clean, tidy and well presented.
Assist teachers (if needed) with how to set up the practice room before class (i.e. hvac, lighting, sound system, sensory equipment).
Ensure temperature and humidity settings are correct for each upcoming class.
Ensure the toilets, showers and change-rooms are clean and tidy along with deep cleaning of studio.
Respond in a timely manner to in-person and online inquiries.
Stay abreast of studio updates and communications.
Unpack stock and complete daily checklists.
Complete opening and/or closing duties.
Answer phones in a friendly and timely manner.
Attend team meetings and development sessions.
Social media content creation.
Studio event and retreat planning.
Make an effort to attend classes when not working.
Carry out any other duties assigned to you by the Studio Manager.
Develop an understanding of the Noble brand culture and all retail and service products.
QUALIFICATIONS
Solid customer service experience or training is preferred.
Comfortable and confident working with computers and learning new software and management systems.
Highly organized and able to work well independently, demonstrate initiative and exhibit sound judgment.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Fundamental understanding of a holistic yoga practice is preferred.
