Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Yoga Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant yoga studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a love for yoga and wellness. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our clients while ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the yoga studio, including scheduling classes and coordinating with instructors. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote classes, workshops, and events. Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition. Foster a positive community atmosphere by engaging with clients and encouraging their participation in studio activities. Monitor class attendance and client feedback to continuously improve services offered. Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members, providing guidance on studio policies and procedures. Collaborate with instructors to create diverse class offerings that cater to various skill levels and interests.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Previous experience in a management or leadership role within a fitness or wellness environment is preferred. Strong teaching background in yoga or related disciplines is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff. Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards client needs. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for health, wellness, and yoga practices is essential for success in this role.
