Studio Manager
to lead one of our amazing in-studio teams!

What You'll Do
As a Studio Manager, you'll be the heart of your studio -- leading your team, shaping the member experience, and driving success across all areas of operations.
Your day-to-day will include:
Lead & Inspire:
Manage and motivate your in-studio team, fostering a fun, supportive, and high-performing environment.
Drive Success:
Achieve studio goals by tracking KPIs, boosting membership sales, and celebrating wins.
Create Memorable Experiences:
Welcome members with warmth and energy, ensuring every visit feels personal and positive.
Coach & Develop:
Train and guide Experience Leads, Karmis, and Instructors to uphold our standards of excellence.
Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Oversee studio cleanliness, organization, and flow -- especially during busy transitions.
Collaborate:
Partner with the VP of Operations to share insights, refine processes, and keep the studio thriving.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who embodies our community spirit and loves being part of something that energizes others.
You're someone who:
Radiates positivity and confidence
Loves fitness and community (no need to be an instructor!)
Has experience leading a team in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment
Communicates clearly and professionally -- in person and in writing
Can stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure
Is detail-driven and cares deeply about presentation and cleanliness
Is tech-savvy (Apple products and general systems proficiency)
Experience:
2+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of team management
Sales or membership experience preferred
The Details
Hours:
Full-time (~40 hrs/week)
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling with support from the VP of Operations; must include some evenings and weekends
Compensation:
$21/hour
Quarterly performance bonus of up to
$3,000
($12,000/year) based on studio KPIs
