Responsibilities

Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction and safety. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and fostering positive relationships. Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty industry practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Background in retail sales or customer service is a plus. Ability to upsell services and products confidently. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Certification or training in eyelash extensions is highly desirable.

Pay: $35,585.68-$74,936.78 per year
