Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician/Lash Extension Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and nail care services. Sanitze all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and hospitality. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer informed recommendations. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of beauty products and supplies. Promote a positive atmosphere within the spa or salon environment.

Qualifications

Valid aesthetician license or certification as required by state regulations. Proven experience in body waxing, nail care, lash extensions etc. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Experience in upselling services or retail sales is a plus. Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the workplace. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
