Job Description

We seek a certified hair extension technician with minimum 5 years of professional experience, proven expertise specifically in nano bead extensions, who has their own certified supplier and is comfortable installing and removing extensions as part of our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to assess hair type, goals, and suitability for nano extensions

Safely install and remove nano bead extensions, following best practices

Maintain knowledge of maintenance and styling needs for extensions

Provide clear homecare instructions and follow-up care

Maintain sanitation and sterilization protocols

Promote add-on services and retail hair products

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years professional experience in hair extension installation and removal

Certification from a recognized extension training provider (e.g. nano-specific courses)

Specialized expertise in nano bead/tip extensions (strand-by-strand bond methods)

Must own (or have access to) a commercial hair supplier--able to source and supply high-quality extension hair

Strong commitment to client satisfaction and retention

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Valid cosmetology or esthetician licence if required by province (confirm with provincial regulations)

Social media savvy for client engagement and marketing an asset
