Exterior Weatherproofing (Painter)

Hiring Stucco Weatherproof Labourer's

Prairie Weatherproofing is a stucco weatherproof coating contractor based in Winnipeg. We are looking for

EXPERIENCED EXTERIOR PAINTERS

for work 7 days a week with overtime in order to wrap up our year.

Hourly wage will range between $25-$45/hour and be based on minimum 5 years exterior painting experience. You will have supervision but very little training. You are expected to be able to pick up on procedures immediately with precision and professionalism.

This is seasonal outdoor work and is weather dependent. If you are not comfortable working off ladders, at heights and spending significant time outdoors - this would not be a good fit.

expert level of experience with the following.

Pressure washers

Grinders

Maintenance and use of Coating Material Pumps

Ladder/ scaffold set ups

Application of exterior coatings - roll on and sprayed

Proper masking techniques

brush painting

Maintenance and use of typical commercial paint sprayers when required.

A vehicle is necessary, as our job sites change regularly, and we will not be responsible for arranging pick ups in the city.
