Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, with a strong understanding of construction processes. We specialize in Exterior Painting.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Apply paint, using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Execute restoration and repair work on existing structures as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the painting process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with completed work. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards.

Skills

Proficiency in construction painting techniques for both residential and commercial applications. Experience in restoration work, including caulking and carpentry tasks. Familiarity with rigging practices for safe handling of materials at height. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of industrial painting methods is a plus. Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $17.87-$33.15 per hour
