We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer to join our team. This position involves working on various roofing projects, assisting in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs. Preference given to roofers with cedar shake experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the installation and repair of roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, and metal roofs. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for roofing tasks. Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required on job sites. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Support carpentry tasks as needed, including building structures related to roofing.

Qualifications

Certified roofers get top salary and a project completion bonus. Previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Proficiency in using hand tools and basic construction equipment. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions. A background in carpentry or maintenance person skills will be advantageous. Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: $30.50-$551.00 per hour
