Experienced Roofer - Journeyman/Foreman

We are currently looking to hire an Experienced Roofer to support our service team. Reporting to the Service Team Project Manager, the Experienced Roofer (Journeyman/Foreman) will provide hands on inspection of roofing issues and determine the best approach for repair and/or replacement of roofing systems.

Responsibilities include:

Respond to emergency leak calls for various commercial roofing systems, including bituminous membrane, TPO, PVC, EPDM and Liquid Applied Conduct roof assessments and maintenance audits Provide thermal imaging to identify bridges in insulation, wet insulation, R-value of insulation and inefficiencies in the system Ability to troubleshoot and repair leaks and provide roofing repairs as required Provide exceptional customer service onsite to our clients Assist in providing documented and detailed project reports to Project Manager Ability to work flexible hours including on call hours Commitment to Company safety policies and processes and a demonstrated track record of working safely
Qualifications:

Roofer Journeyperson Certificate required*
Red Seal Endorsement preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing Experience in residential roofing considered an asset Customer service orientated Exceptional attention to detail Strong problem solving and organizational skills Strong written communication skills to complete project reports Experience using basic hand and power tools Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work at heights and on sloped roofs Must be able to work effectively as part of a team Fluent in English Valid driver's license

Pay: $38.00-$44.00 per hour
