We are seeking a dedicated experienced Roofer/Laborer

This role involves working on various roofing projects, providing essential support in the installation, maintenance, and repair of roofing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the installation of roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal roofing. Perform repairs on existing roofs, including caulking and sealing to prevent leaks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications. Engage in heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Skills

Proficiency in caulking techniques for effective sealing of roofs. Basic carpentry skills to assist with structural modifications as needed. Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in roofing applications. Ability to read blueprints accurately to follow project guidelines. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working long hours on job sites. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
