small to medium-sized projects

What We Offer

Earn $30-$50/hr

based on experience and skillset

Independent Contractor role

Typical Work You'll Do

We primarily handle

smaller home improvement and maintenance jobs

, such as:

Drywall repairs & installations

Flooring repairs or small installations
Carpentry & trim work
Tile repairs & small tile installs
Interior painting
Weatherproofing & caulking
Replacement of plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, valves, etc.)
General home repairs & maintenance tasks
Light remodels & small renovation projects
On-site

assessments and estimates

-- must be comfortable meeting customers
These projects are ideal for contractors who want consistent jobs without large renovation timelines.

Requirements

Minimum

7 years

hands-on experience Skilled in at least

3 of the following

:
Carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, small renovations, residential/commercial maintenance
Valid driver's license & dependable vehicle
Own tools & equipment

Liability insurance and WSIB coverage required

Smartphone with internet access
Must pass a background check
Strong communication skills and pride in workmanship
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
