We are seeking to

partner with an experienced handyman

to assist with

ongoing residential repair, renovation, and seasonal maintenance projects

.

We service homes and small commercial properties throughout the year -- handling everything from minor repairs to full renovation support. We're looking for a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Scope of Work

General handyman and repair services

Carpentry

(trim work, framing, fence post installation, decking)

Drywall

installation and patching

Eavestrough, gutter, and gutter guard

installation and maintenance Minor fixture replacements and

light cleaning/property refresh tasks

Use of smartphone for on-site documentation (photos, notes, job status updates)

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of hands-on experience

in general handyman, renovation, or maintenance work Must hold a

valid G driver's license

and have

reliable transportation

Provide own tools, materials, and equipment Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused work ethic Comfortable using a mobile phone to document work and communicate updates

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour

(depending on experience)

Expected Hours:

25 - 40 hours per week
