to join our restoration team! You'll assist with cleanup and recovery after a fire, flood, or other property damage, as well as activities such as demolition and asbestos removal. This profession involves physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a team setting.
Duties
Assist with fire and flood restoration clean-up, and debris removal
Support asbestos abatement (with proper training/PPE)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications
Comfortable working in dusty, dirty, or wet environments
Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
Experience in construction or restoration is an asset (not required)
Asbestos certification is a
plus
(but we can assist with training)
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
